(NYSE: CX) announced today that it has filed its annual report for fiscal year 2007 in Form 20-F with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as its annual report with the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, the Mexican securities authority. The annual report in Form 20-F may be viewed at CEMEX's website, www.cemex.com, where shareholders may also view instructions for receiving a hard copy of the company's complete audited financial statements free of charge upon request.
